19th Century correspondence to and from the
Shrivers of the Union Mills Homestead. As time permits, I will be

Union Mills was a Post Office for many
years. The 1851 List of Post Offices of
the United States lists William Shriver as the Post Master. A. K.
Shriver also held that post. In the 1890s, Union Mills was one of
the first post offices involved with RFD Delivery.
